The purchase is concluded with the successful order and payment via our online ordering system on the website www.cochinchin.ch.
Delivery is exclusively digitally by email (PDF file). Postal delivery is not provided.
The voucher is redeemed by presenting the printed voucher or a digital device and scanning the QR code by an employee of Cochin AG. This code is unique for each individual voucher and is only valid once. The customer must therefore ensure that no third party has access to the code.
We support the following payment methods: Mastercard, VISA, PostFinance and TWINT. The payment process via our partner company Datatrans AG.
There is no right of withdrawal, i.e. an order placed cannot be cancelled.
The vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. After expiry of this period, Cochin AG is no longer obliged to accept the voucher.
Partial redemption is not possible. Any residual value after redemption of the voucher expires.
We are entitled to store and process customer data and to use it for marketing purposes. No customer data will be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the order.
Should one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
